Responsible for staffing, effort management, cost reporting, creation and
maintenance of project plans, estimating, task assignments, risk
management and client contact. Playing the role of lead business analyst,
responsible for gathering requirements, defining and re-engineering
business processes and creating high-level design documents for several
multi-tier, Visual Basic applications. Responsible for setting GUI, design
and coding standards and creating all user interfaces. Create end-user
documentation for the browser-based applications: on-line and hard copy.
Design, develop and implement Active Server Page applications. Create
test plans, perform integration testing and deploy ActiveX and ASP
applications to the Intranet. Develop presentations and educational
material highlighting I-Net technology: ASP, ActiveX, Database
Connectivity, Application Architecture, Information Architecture and
Content Categorization. Architect and design corporate Intranet site:
perform content categorization studies, architect the information, create
site standards and templates, design and animate graphics, author the
copy, and deploy the site.
Successfully managed major client engagements in the areas of web site
development, business process analysis and re-engineering, customized
software development, Year 2000 conversions, systems integration's,
software implementations, vendor review and analysis, and training
seminars. Architect and designed several web sites: performed content
categorization studies, architect the information, created site standards
and templates, designed and animated graphics, wrote the copy, and
deployed the sites. Directed a staff of ten to oversee projects through
completion. Responsible for managing the projects, analyzing business
processes, defining requirements, designing applications, setting GUI
standards, creating prototypes, writing test plans and performing
assurance testing, supporting end-users and creating software
documentation. Designed marketing materials and conducted sales calls to
increase client base. Developed curriculum and training materials for web
publishing, word processing, database and presentation software. Conducted
training seminars with 25+ attendees.
